General Manager

Fiona Donoghue is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience managing general business operations in the Media Advertising industry. Fiona brings a wealth of experience as former General Manager of Zoom Media. A dedicated individual, Fiona spent over 20 years with Zoom starting as a coordinator and ultimately progressing to the General Manager role. Working with the ownership team and under her leadership, the organization transformed business operations, processes and technology enhancements that enabled the business to achieve significant business results.

Fiona’s proven general management expertise and ability to manage all operations, projects, facilities, and suppliers coupled with her experience as a licenced real estate representative will bring great value to Forest Hill. Fiona is a driven and ambitious people leader who is committed to collaboration, instilling a strong office culture, and working as a team to get the job done. With an unwavering energy and enthusiasm, she is also committed to make sure to have some fun along the way.

With a Real Estate License from OREA College and a diploma in International Business Administration from Seneca College, Valeria combines administrative expertise with leadership to ensure seamless transactions. Holding a Business Marketing Diploma from Fanshawe College, she specializes in ad management, social media best practices, copywriting, website design, and creative marketing strategies.

Alfred Zhao

Alfred brings over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, with a solid foundation in client relations, market analysis, and transaction management. For the past four years at Forest Hill Signature, he has specialized in closing transactions, collaborating closely with clients, agents, and legal professionals to ensure smooth, timely, and detail-oriented deals.

He holds a Business degree from Ryerson University with a minor in Information Technology, which he leverages to streamline workflows, optimize efficiency, and enhance the client experience.
